Home Office - If you have a book shelf that needs a bit more pizazz, then a cloisonne enamel vase is perfect for you. You can put rocks or heavy objects in the vase to give it a greater weight and stability. Then you can use the vase as a book stopper. It's the perfect way to bring some color and decoration to (what are usually) dull bookshelves. Put some flowers into the vase to make your home office smell nicer. Find a small table and put the vase on it to add some color into your office. You can also a smaller vase to hold pens, pencils and other small office stationary you might need.
Now you get a chance to dress up your bottles. One great way to add to the prettiness factor is by adding a bow made out of leftover string or ribbon. Or, if you are looking for a strong pop of color on the table, you can paint the inside of the bottles. Just apply spray paint to the inside of the bottle and then let it dry for at least 12 hours.
Decorative pieces - If you put another vase next to the one you chose, it will make the table look more refreshing. What you need to do is put some decorative pieces like marbles, stones, small rocks, seashells, colorful buttons, old coins, ferns, or dried leaves in the vase. These small items will look great in the transparent vase. So, you may want to buy another vase to serve as an additional decorative piece.
To create these plant window things in your window, you simply take a cutting of your favorite plant and put it into a glass container, filled with spring water. Pretty much, any plant will work ivy, oregano, basil, rosemary, spider plants or Philodendron. Imagine having your own herb garden hanging in your kitchen window all year round.
